Arrived from the Netherlands some 40 years ago, having lived in England and Wales, now settled in Bonnie Scotland and loving it here.
I'm family and friends orientated, part-time working and active in social, environmental and creative projects. Reading, writing, playing music, yoga, going to gigs/ concerts and cinema are my main indoor persuits, while swimming, cycling, walking, gentle sports and enjoying all different types of countryside, are my favorite outdoor activities. Humour is important to me, but equally shared with serious conversation. I'm initially looking for friend-and companionship. For me romance and partnership would only follow after 'tried and tested' compatibility and spontaneity.
