About her
I work for a local council, in the field of educational inclusion. I love my job and I’m passionate about giving every child the best possible start in life.
I’m interested in history, psychology and how we’ve evolved as humans- big questions and everyday insights both fascinate me.
In my free time I enjoy reading, making pottery, working with textiles and spending time in the garden. I also like walking, listening to music and podcasts, and visiting museums and galleries.
I’ve walked three quarters of the Wales Coast Path, from Chepstow to Abersoch, tackling it a stretch at a time over four years, before the distance to and from the route made it too arduous as a weekend project. I would love to pick it back up one day and complete the route to Chester.

What is an ideal match? Often it’s the unexpected, quirky things that attract. I suppose that shared values and some shared interests are a good starting point, but too much in common can be boring.
I would like to meet someone easy-going and comfortable in their own skin, who values family, friendship and social responsibility.
I enjoy spending time with people, but I also relish time spent alone and I tend to need a lot of down-time: mutual respect for boundaries, and different emotional needs is therefore important.
