I have to admit, this feels a bit like putting out your CV for a job and being judged by what's written, rather than meeting the real me and discovering I'm actually a really nice, happy, person 😊
Born & raised in Zimbabwe (my parents were both English), I moved to the UK in 2018, and to Wiltshire in 2021. I'm the manager of a small business, which keeps me busy during the work week. I'm Mum of 2 grown-up daughters, both of whom still live in Southern Africa, and Gigi to 2 beautiful little grandchildren (Gigi because Granny/Nana/etc makes me sound like a doddering 80 year old with grey hair, which I'm certainly not!).
My friends describe me as a good listener, thoughtful, kind & empathetic (I know because I've asked them)
I like to spend my days off walking in the countryside, catching up with friends, exploring new places, and enjoying a good meal with good people. I like to keep physically & mentally active, so do Pilates to keep fit, and have just started playing Pickleball. I enjoy quizzes to keep the mind ticking over - can't "let the old (wo)man in" as Clint Eastwood advises.
I'd love to travel anywhere and everywhere! ... there's a whole world out there to explore .. and erupting volcanos to be seen! A big Lotto win would greatly help with this ...

A really hard question to answer .. but I guess someone along these lines .. A man who's friendly, intelligent, has a good sense of humour, who enjoys walking, the outdoors, sports, good food, a bit of wine and a wide variety of music. I'm missing having someone to have fun & laugh with, enjoy life with, travel with and make lasting memories with. Someone who'll keep me young.
