About him
I've lived an interesting life, traveling the UK and working for a number of different businesses and eventually starting my own before retiring back to Wales. I'm an accomplished gardener, with an allotment that always produces more than I can cope with, which works out well for friends and neighbours. I share my home with a cat, and we continue to debate who is in charge. I am trying to be more sociable, which can be a struggle at first, but I really enjoy chatting with people once I'm with them. My grandchildren live close by and visit often to eat all the food in the house.

I'm really just looking for a female friend for occasional company as and when suits us both. I don't want to intrude on anyone's life any more than that really. Someone for a coffee, some intellegent and/or silly conversation, and maybe the occassional wander around neighbouring towns. I was widowed a couple of years ago, and I think I'd like to meet someone who understands how difficult that can be on certain days.
