Romantic, a bit wild, kind, tactile, funny, full of stories about my unusual life and a happy, upbeat human. I want for nothing but love having lost my partner through a very sudden death. I’ve had a great career, lived & worked in London for 35 years and visit regularly, now retired and in a village; seeking someone who will respect my space and values, and vice versa. I travel widely, often in style but sometimes a tin hut in the jungle, straw hut on a beach or a dugout canoe are the best, the simple things in life are so good. I love sunshine, the sea, jungle, hills, long walks & swims, a cold glass of dry white at sunset, wildlife and sharing this. Possessions are of no interest, I’m happiest in shorts, bare foot in the sand, but scrub up nicely when required! The ocean, mountains, protecting our natural environment, organic food, keeping my body fit & healthy, honest conversation, hugs, kisses, live music, theatre, exercise, photography, my garden, modern art and my close friends are all super important to me, and of course, my awesome adult children. Just taken up watercolour painting, and also paint in acrylic at Sip & Paint. I love singing, give me a word and a song comes out of me, music is a big part of my life. Laughter and a bit of silliness & playfulness, love notes hidden in surprising places, spontaneity, a tickle, a bit of naughtiness, and more all make me happy. Im a deep thinker but don’t take life too seriously. Dreaming of buying a little place on a Greek island, or France, Spain or Portugal to renovate and grow olives or grapes; it would be lovely if you helped me. I also love classic cars, architecture & interior design. I want to love and to be loved by an attractive man who feels the same, to have real connection, butterflies in my tummy, shivers up my spine, adventures with you and space to be ourselves too. I’ve been lucky enough to have had this before and I know there is someone out there, we just need to find each other!
