I served in the Royal Navy for 15 years (enjoyed every minute of it) and after that life as a Town Planning Consultant specialising in planning law. I am easy going and enjoy good food and wine, the coutryside (I have a caravan on the rural border of Lancashire and Cumbria overlooking the Morecambe Bay estuary) where I love to fish and do some target shooting. I enjoy my garden (small but full of bbq machinery and a smoker) and a greenhouse for the exotics. I like to think that I am compassionate, understanding and free thinking.
