About him
For me, love and passion are all important. Without love, we may as well go home and stay in love with ourselves. We have a limited time here on this Earth, so let's fill it with love, one of the things that is truly central to our being, and I believe in love in all its full and magnificent glory, and after a rough divorce I am now ready to love again. Yes, I enjoy activities, seeing friends, and travel, but I'd like that special person beside me.
I have travelled widely, but prefer to avoid the beaten track, I enjoy travelling on long train journeys, on ferries, and prefer buses to cars. Cities are nice sometimes, with live music venues and theatres, but I usually prefer mountains and coastlines and long walks. I am very active for my age, and welcome new challenges, but I do like to relax and chill out as well much more now. I enjoy being out in nature, with a passion for staring up at starry skies and wondering about the meaning of it all; I hope nobody ever works it out and spoils all the mystery of it.
I keep myself physically fit and healthy as I believe that feeds a healthy mind and spirit, plus keeping one's body as sexy as possible is respectful to our partners. I love dancing in my kitchen to a fantastic song, just free spirited movement, and I do consider myself spiritually aware but am not religious. I have lived in different parts of Britain and Ireland so am used to travelling, and here in Northern Ireland we are just an hour's flight away from most parts of the British mainland.
One thing about me is that I have had impaired central vision since age 14. There are inconveniences such as being unable to drive, but it has not stopped me living life to the full and I believe that it is part of who I am now and it has shaped me into having a deeper understanding of my own soul and of other people's. Plus it has made me more value all the beautiful sights in the world, including all the photos of all you stunningly gorgeous ladies on this site.

I don't have a fixed idea of my ideal woman, I adore so many different types of women as long as they are models (just kidding girls!), but at the core you must be loving and value greatly being loved yourself. Total honesty is important to me, with no holding back or any white lies, just pure connection.
You would be a curious person with a desire for us to explore new adventures and experiences together, with a zest for life. But I am very flexible with having at least some different interests to you, as I think it's healthy to have some interests of our own. But the most important thing is to feel deeply connected, with the worldly things just fitting around that.
Although I generally dress casually, and I love the female casual look, I also appreciate the look of a woman who can dress in style when she wants to.
