I'm just an ordinary lonely guy, retired professional, not bad looking, not too overweight, well educated, young for my age, kind, generous and thoughtful.
I like travelling, love live music (except jazz and rap), eating out, country walks, good pubs and quiz nights - all things that are far more enjoyable when you are not on your own.
I have been on my own for 6 years and miss the company of a nice, warm, friendly lady to share with. There must be someone out there that will at least give me a chance.

Someone to share time with. I'd like my match to be educated (not necessarily formally) and sociable. Communication, trust and empathy are the basic foundations of any close relationship.
I'd like to meet someone to travel and explore with and to go to music events together but is also happy leisurely strolling to a country pub.
I'm politically at the slight left of wishy-washy middle so extreme political views from any end of the political spectrum wouldn't work. Ditto extreme religious belief. Sorry but I'm sceptical of all religions.
